Land Lease
The land is extravilan land and is located at a distance of 900 meters from the Transelectrica station. It is planned to establish a direct connection to the Transelectrica station using an
underground cable. The land usage regime is unproductive. Accordingly, in compliance with national legislation, the land should not be excluded from the agricultural circuit. The land incline is “straight,” it means that the terrain or surface of the land does not have a significant slope or elevation changes over its area.
